Left Bank Gallery presents The World That Remains, a group exhibition curated by renowned artist Firelei Báez, exploring resilience, love, and the transformative power of community in an age of uncertainty.
Featuring works by Yolande Heijnen, Ishmael Hunter, Gina Malek, Nicole Maloof, Lorella Paleni, Ruby Perkins, and Moussa Sarr, the exhibition gathers seven distinct voices united by their commitment to examining what sustains us in times of transformation.
Báez brings together artists whose practices interrogate the intersections of identity, place, and collective memory, asking: What endures when everything else falls away? How do we sustain ourselves and each other through acts of care, witness, and creation?
The World That Remains invites viewers to consider not only what survives, but what we carry forward—and what new worlds we might imagine together.
